  • Until 30 days before the start day/ booking day : We will provide you 100% refund based on whatever you paid to us.
  • On the same start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.
  • After start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.

SAFARI

  • We will not provide any refund to you, there is no refund. 

CAMP

  • Until 7 days before the start day/ booking day : We will provide you 100% refund based on whatever you paid to us.
  • On the same start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.
  • After start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.

RESORT –     

  • We will not provide any refund to you, there is no refund.  

HOME STAY –

  • We will not provide any refund to you, there is no refund.  

BARI THEKE PALIYE –

  • Until 30 days before the start day/ booking day : We will provide you 100% refund based on whatever you paid to us.
  • On the same start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.
  • After start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.

CUSTOMIZE TRIP –

  • Until 30 days before the start day/ booking day : We will provide you 100% refund based on whatever you paid to us.
  • On the same start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.
  • After start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.

PACKAGE TRIP –

  • Until 30 days before the start day/ booking day : We will provide you 100% refund based on whatever you paid to us.
  • On the same start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.
  • After start day/booking day : We will not provide you any refund, there is no refund.

 

Note: Refund requests must to submit to care@bugial.com  within refund policy period, we will provide the refund amount into wallet, to get the refund amount you have to register on our website Bugial.com/account with the same email id that you have provided during booking. Still if you want the refund amount to your bank account then please your order/booking details along with your bank account details where we can proceed the refund amount, but to transfer the refund amount to your bank account we will charge 2% as transaction fees.  You will get your refund amount within 5-15 business days. We only refund the amount to your registered account details which is given by you. Lack of authentication of your details submitted by you – we may not proceed the refund.  We/Bugial will not provide any refund for the lack of fitness health, accidental or any issue. We may change the refund policy at any point of time without any notice to anyone.
